Overview
The stages of drying and curing in a film are easy to see but hard to define by observation alone — the drying time recorder evaluates them objectively under controlled conditions. A needle is drawn slowly across a coated glass strip, tracing marks that correspond to each drying stage, for highly reproducible results. It tests six samples simultaneously to save time and offers three speeds — 6, 12 and 24 hours — to suit any coating, from fast- to slow-drying. All BYK‑Gardner instruments supplied by K&K carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
