Overview
Gardner-scrub is a wash-and-scrub abrasion tester for coated and uncoated surfaces — assessing resistance to brushes, pads, abrasive paper or cleaning solutions by wet abrasion with high repeatability. The base version (5060) is the core unit without a dedicated accessory kit; it includes a sample tray and scrub panels and supports many ASTM, DIN and ISO standards once the matching accessories are added. Common uses include interior wall paint, floor tiles, bathroom areas and furniture surfaces. All BYK‑Gardner instruments supplied by K&K carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
