Overview
Mill impellers for APS let you run a dissolver with APS containers as a vertical bead mill, extending fine-dispersion capability without a separate mill. Several mill heads are available: MICRO, MINI and MC25 use a hardened chrome pearl mill head; EMS is a single Teflon impeller; DMS is a double polyamide impeller — chosen to match the material and target fineness. The milling chamber is 0.05 L, 28 mm in diameter and 22 mm high, using about 20 ml of milling beads.
